- Top quality single piece forging made from long lasting high Carbon Steel
- Specially heat treated to give an even carbide dispersion, for a keener cutting edge that lasts longer and is easier to resharpen
- More usable blade, for each one is hardened and tampered to within 1" of shoulder
- Neck and bolster are generously proportioned for extra strength, shock absorbtion and safety
- The blade is grouned to an angelb of 25. and honed to 30. Maintain these angles for best results
